A speciality tea of the Fujian province in China. In the final stages of production the tea is hung in baskets over smoking pine wood fires to dry. The intense black leaves give a dark red liquor that has a distinctive smokey aroma and taste.

PREPARATION: Freshly boiled water 100°C. Allow 1 tspn of tea per 150ml cup + 1 for the pot.  Infuse 3-5min
